2.3 Charging the Battery
Connect the phone charger to the appropriate connector situated on the base of the phone. The phone has a small indentation which will help you to easily locate this connector.
A short acoustic signal will indicate that charging has begun. While charging,
the lighted indicatorsituated in the navigation keys will blink. If during charging
the phone is disconnected it will indicate Only charging.
When the charging is finished, you will hear a beep and the lighted indicator in the navigation keys will stop blinking and remain on. Disconnect the battery charger and if you wish, consult the battery power level with the Status key 
.
When the battery power level is low, you will hear a beep and the low battery level warning by pressing the Status key . If you do not recharge the phone, the beeping will repeat several times until the phone no longer has enough battery to power itself and it turns itself off.
Before using the phone for the first time, you should charge the battery for at least 3 hours.
