7.2 Unread Messages
To read your unread messages, go to the Messages (2)/Unread Messages (2) menu. The set of messages will be listed off, and if the message is from a contact stored in your phone book, the contact’s name will be read along with the time and date the message was received, before the message is read. Select the message you wish to read from the list by using the navigation keys and then press Accept 
.
Once read, press Cancel 
to leave the menu or Accept to select one of the following options: Delete (1) or Forward (2).
The number of unread messages is also available by pressing the Status key. When there is a new unread message you will hear the indication New message and it will ask if you want to read it now. Press Accept to read the message.
